The Rome group presently counts some 112 members and the entire amount of their contributions, around US$92,000 a year, is allocated directly to projects, without overhead costs since the Fund is managed by members themselves, all volunteers.

To assist the 3500 residents of the Gboxome Village community in increasing and modernizing local cassava production, in order to achieve self-sufficiency in food, provide limited occupation and increase income-generation.

The aim is to establish a Community Employment College to train underemployed and unemployed youth with skills to make them employable. The training activities are to be matched to their interest and abilities. For Males: Carpentry. For Females: Tailor
