GHA/01/179 - Palm Oil Extraction and Processing Project

Objective: To reduce unemployment and acute poverty in the area through the extraction, processing and sale of palm oil products.

Background: Dialogue regarding this project began with the 1% Fund in July 2001. Jose Machado of AGP reviewed the project description, proposed questions that were then asked and reviewed the responses and is satisfied with the technical aspects of the project.
