Objective: The project will benefit the children in the village of Shansha-Adde and the neighbouring rural communities.

Background: Shansha-Adde is one of many villages in the rural areas of the North-western Region of Somalia ( now known as Somaliland). The villagers main source of livelihood is livestock (camels, sheep and goats). Many of them still lead a pastoral semi-nomadic lif

Use of Funds: The funds contribution will be used to purchase building materials for the classrooms and library. Two classrooms and one library room are estimated to cost about $2,500 each. The high cost is due to the fact that all materials are imported from Dubai. A
