Objective: To enable 20 tribal women to become self-sufficient in making and selling broomsticks
Background: The women beneficiaries, who are already trained in making broomsticks, will be enabled to work for themselves and become self-sufficient. There is high demand for their products on the domestic market. Two volunteers from the organization will help them
Use of Funds: The funds will be used to purchase raw material and equipment (brooms, coloured thread, bamboo sticks, knives, cutters, cutting machines) and for transport to the target area.
