The Rome group presently counts some 112 members and the entire amount of their contributions, around US$92,000 a year, is allocated directly to projects, without overhead costs since the Fund is managed by members themselves, all volunteers.

The project aims to improve living conditions of women farmers in Tavush region communities who are unemployed and have more than 3 underage children. In scopes of project CCD plans to import 700 egg laying hens from neighboring Georgian Republic (prices are lower than in Armenia) and distribute them among 20 women farmers (35 hens per farm), who will later expand their farming and benefit from it in the form of eggs, meat and guano.
